Our dough is proved for 48 hours and baked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven at 450 degrees. We are committed to sourcing the finest imported Italian products and utilising fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Complementary to our pizza menu, we also offer a versatile range of small plates, alongside a bespoke wine list that can be enjoyed with your friends and family.
